All returns must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, Shipping label will be only provided for return if we have made fulfillment error (Wrong product shipped). For all other returns customer is responsible for Shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return. Multilink is not liable for lost return packages.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Products that are used/open box, Licenses are not returnable. If the product package seal is broken it not considered as New.
Returns that are received that violate our return policy will be rejected. Customer should make arrangements to retrieve the rejected return package.

Back Order/ Pre Order/ Inventory
All Back-Orders / Pre-orders ship when the product becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. There may be delays due to any unexpected circumstances, We do not guarantee an estimated time of shipment, delivery or availability. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We do not accept cancellations/ refunds for Bulk orders/ Special order.
Multilink does not maintain stock for all of the items we offer to sell, some products may ship from Manufacturer/ Distribution center. We will keep you updated with the estimated time to fulfill your order as per the product availability. Multilink will not be held liable for late delivery, missed shipments, other any other deadlines. Payment for Backorders will be due as soon as the product becomes available. Customer will be notified to make the payment. Your stock will be on hold for 2 days after the payment is requested, if you are unable to make the payment within 2 days of payment request your backorder will be cancelled and stock will be allocated to next customer.
Some of the brands we offer are restricted to be sold on third party eCommerce platforms. We request all of our customers to follow the brand regulations along with the MAP policy. We may refuse to sell any of the products we offer if we notice violations on your account. Products may be refused warranty or any other services offered if you fail to meet the Manufacturer/ Brand regulations.

Mikrotik Warranty Terms
Equipment hardware is warranted for 12 months
from the date of Purchase when purchased directly from our website www.multilink.us. Before approving the RMA, the customer needs to complete the troubleshooting procedures or in some instances obtain a Mikrotik Support Ticket. Troubleshooting procedures include performing a factory reset

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products that are returned to Multilink and are found not defective may incur technical support fee of up to $50 per device.
RMA procedure can take longer to complete since the devices are sent for repairs to the manufacturer. We do not provide any estimated time.
RMA Return Instructions
1. The customer is responsible for Return shipping charges. All the packages that are shipped to Multilink should be prepaid for shipping costs.
2. Multilink will ship the Repaired/ Replacement unit to the customer within continental US states for Free of cost. This service only applies for Orders placed through Multilink website.
3. Customer may pay additional fees to get the return shipment expedited, Shipped internationally.
4. Send the RMA unit in a secure package, Do not affix any kind of labels or stickers on the original packaging. Any damage to the unit in transit is the customer's responsibility. Multilink reserves the right to refuse RMA on a case by case basis.
5. Multilink rejects the RMA if the contents received are different other than the units that have approved RMA.
6. Include a copy of RMA form on the return shipment.
7. Routers should be unlocked from all passwords and factory reset.
8. The RMA units should arrive at the specified return location while the warranty is valid.
9. All RMA's that are issued by Multilink is valid for 30 days of issuance. RMA's will not be RE-ISSUED. It is customers responsibility to send the RMA units on time.
