Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange.
Multilink will accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value as a Store Credit. We can offer a replacement or exchange. Licenses are not returnable. To receive full credit, the item(s) must be returned unopened in new condition with all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Items that are not returned in this condition are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% and Multilink discretion. This includes opened the packaging, missing or used packing materials, missing or used accessories, writing, marking, labels or stickers to the product packaging or to the product itself. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only orders that are purchased from www.multilink.us are eligible.
For requesting a return, login to your account. Find the order and choose the return reason. We will provide you with the return instructions. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All the returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original accessories. Include a copy of Proof of purchase or Return Form in the return package and ship it to the address below

Please note, you will be responsible for all the return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective products, Please check the warranty information with the Manufacturer. For Mikrotik products check the RMA policy
Most orders will ship on the same or next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. Order processing can be delayed subject to product availability, weather and holidays. We do not ship to PO box address
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or returned packages, Please contact the carrier service directly. For orders over 150 lbs, we will contact you for Shipping charges. We may choose to ship the order from multiple warehouses. We may choose to use a different carrier service other than the one chosen by the customer. For International orders, Import/ Customs Duties/ Brokerage fees and Taxes are paid by the receiver. Multilink is not liable for any shipping delays, lost or stolen shipments. Customers should contact Multilink within 3 business days of delivery if they find any shortage or different content in their package.
