Shipping & Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if we made a mistake with shipping the wrong product we can accept return for store credit or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Shipping label will be only provided for return if we have made fulfillment error (Wrong product shipped). For all other returns customer is responsible for Shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return. Multilink is not liable for lost return packages.
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Products that are used/open box, Licenses are not returnable. If the product package seal is broken it not considered as New.
Returns that are received that violate our return policy will be rejected. Customer should make arrangements to retrieve the rejected return package.
For defective products, Please check the warranty terms with the Manufacturer. You may reach out to our RMA team for Warranty policy information. We will do our best to provide assistance.
