Shipping & Returns
Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if we have made an error—such as shipping the wrong product—we will accept a return for store credit or exchange. If a product is defective, you may apply for warranty service. For bulk returns, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If the product seal is broken, the item will not be eligible for return.
Return process
To initiate a return, please complete the RMA form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once your RMA is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item.
Please note:
A return shipping label will only be provided if the return is due to a fulfillment error (e.g., incorrect product shipped). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Multilink is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of the item for processing.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or open-box products
- Software licenses
- Bulk purchases
- Special-order items
- All Ubiquiti products
If the product package seal is broken, it is not considered new.
Please Note:
Returns that do not comply with this policy will be rejected. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment of any rejected items.

Shipping
Most orders ship the same or next business day, provided the item is in stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may vary based on product availability, weather conditions, or holidays. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
Multilink is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or returned shipments. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Additional shipping terms:
- Orders over 150 lbs may incur additional shipping charges; we will contact you if applicable
- Orders may ship from multiple warehouses
- We reserve the right to use a different carrier than the one selected at checkout
- For international orders, all import duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customers must report shortages or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery
