Multilink Extended Warranty
The Multilink extended warranty is available exclusively for new products and must be purchased at the same time as the product. It cannot be added at a later date. During the first year, the product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The extended warranty provides an additional year of coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, Multilink offers a 1-year extended warranty for eligible products.
1. Coverage
The extended warranty covers defects related to software issues in the product.
It does not cover hardware damage, physical damage, water damage, or any damage resulting from unauthorized modifications.
2. Eligibility
The extended warranty applies only to products with software-related malfunctions.
It is available only for products purchased in new condition and must be purchased at the time of the original product purchase.
Products that are refurbished, used, or not in new condition are not eligible. Accessories and software licenses are also not covered.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, both to and from Multilink.
Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Evaluation Process
Once the product is received, Multilink will forward it to the manufacturer for evaluation.
The manufacturer will assess the issue to determine eligibility under the extended warranty.
5. Repair or Store Credit
If the product qualifies, Multilink will either repair the product or issue store credit.
Any credit issued will be based on the depreciated value of the product.
6. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Damage caused by third-party accessories or components not supplied by the manufacturer is also not covered.
7. Voiding the Warranty
Opening the product casing, breaking the warranty seal, or attempting unauthorized repairs will void the extended warranty.
8. How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Multilink Support and provide proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the issue.
9. Expiration
The extended warranty is valid for two (2) years from the original date of purchase, including the manufacturer’s warranty period.
10. Limitation of Liability
Multilink’s liability is limited to repairing the product or issuing store credit as outlined above. Multilink is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
By purchasing the extended warranty, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Multilink reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
