Terms and conditions

Shipping Policy 

Most orders ship the same or next business day, provided the product is in stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Order processing and shipment may be delayed due to product availability, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or holidays.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Any free shipping promotions offered on our website apply only to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

For international orders, shipping costs are not included at checkout and will be calculated and confirmed after the order is placed. Multilink Solutions does not offer free international shipping.

Shipping and transit times provided by Multilink Solutions or third-party carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed. We encourage customers to place orders well in advance to avoid delays related to carrier transit times or inventory availability.

Multilink Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once an order has been handed over to the carrier. Any shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. Multilink Solutions is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

For orders exceeding 150 lbs, a Multilink representative will contact the customer to confirm freight and shipping charges prior to shipment. Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses, resulting in separate shipments.

International Shipping Policy

International shipments are subject to U.S. export regulations and the import laws of the destination country. Multilink Solutions reserves the right to review, delay, refuse, or cancel international orders that do not comply with applicable export or import regulations.

All import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Multilink Solutions is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges imposed by authorities, or shipments held or rejected by customs.

Delivery Discrepancies & Claims

Customers must notify Multilink Solutions within three (3) business days of delivery if there is any shortage, damage, or discrepancy in the contents of their shipment. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.

 
We are closed on Federal Holidays and Friday after Thanksgiving. 
 

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if we made a mistake with shipping the wrong product, we can accept a return for store credit or exchange.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@multilink.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Shipping label will be only provided for return if we have made fulfillment error (Wrong product shipped). For all other returns customer is responsible for Shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return. Multilink is not liable for lost return packages. 

Refunds

After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Products that are used/open box, Licenses are not returnable. If the product package seal is broken, it is not considered as New.

Please Note

Returns that are received that violate our return policy will be rejected. Customer should make arrangements to retrieve the rejected return package. 

For defective products, Please check the warranty terms with the Manufacturer. You may reach out to our RMA team for Warranty policy information. We will do our best to provide assistance.

Back Order/ Pre Order/ Inventory
All Back-Orders / Pre-orders ship when the product becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. There may be delays due to any unexpected circumstances, We do not guarantee an estimated time of shipment, delivery or availability. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. We do not accept cancellations/ refunds for Bulk orders/ Special order.
Multilink does not maintain stock for all of the items we offer to sell, some products may ship from Manufacturer/ Distribution center. We will keep you updated with the estimated time to fulfill your order as per the product availability. Multilink will not be held liable for late delivery, missed shipments, other any other deadlines. Payment for Backorders will be due as soon as the product becomes available. Customer will be notified to make the payment. Your stock will be on hold for 2 days after the payment is requested, if you are unable to make the payment within 2 days of payment request your backorder will be cancelled and stock will be allocated to next customer. 
 
Reselling Policy

Customers purchasing products for resale are responsible for complying with all applicable manufacturer and brand policies, distribution agreements, and resale regulations, including but not limited to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.

Some of the brands we offer restrict sales on third-party eCommerce platforms. All customers are required to follow individual brand regulations, channel restrictions, and MAP policies at all times. Multilink Solutions reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products if violations are identified on a customer’s account.

Failure to comply with manufacturer or brand regulations may result in denial of warranty coverage, support, or other manufacturer-provided services, and may also lead to suspension or termination of purchasing privileges.

Payment
 
We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay as a form of payment. The customer can use there Credit/ Debit card as a form of payment, there is surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Multilink reserves the right to refuse to fulfill or cancel the order if we feel it is a suspicious transaction. Please note that we do not alter shipping or billing information after a transaction is complete.
 
 
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
 
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Multilink Solutions Inc holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
 
 
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Multilink Solutions Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. RMA Policy
Multilink makes no warranties on any products. All devices are that are directly purchased from Multilink Solutions Inc are warranted as per the Manufacturer's terms. Warranty terms vary by Manufacturer. The customer should consult the manufacturer of the product regarding warranty policy prior to contacting Multilink. Some of the Manufacturer's handle warranty repairs and replacements directly with the customer. If the product purchased is within the Manufacturer's warranty policy Multilink may assist in obtaining the warranty service. 
 
Mikrotik Warranty Terms
 
Equipment hardware is warranted for 12 months from the date of Purchase when purchased directly from our website www.multilink.us. Before approving the RMA, the customer needs to complete the troubleshooting procedures or in some instances obtain a Mikrotik Support Ticket. Troubleshooting procedures include performing a factory reset, Attempt Netinstall https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall  The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products that are returned to Multilink and are found not defective may incur technical support fee of up to $50 per device. 
 
RMA procedure can take longer to complete since the devices are sent for repairs to the manufacturer. We do not provide any estimated time. 
 
RMA Return Instructions
 
1. The customer is responsible for Return shipping charges. All the packages that are shipped to Multilink should be prepaid for shipping costs. 
2. Multilink will ship the Repaired/ Replacement unit to the customer within continental US states for Free of cost. This service only applies for Orders placed through Multilink website. 
3. Customer may pay additional fees to get the return shipment expedited, Shipped internationally.
4. Send the RMA unit in a secure package, Do not affix any kind of labels or stickers on the original packaging. Any damage to the unit in transit is the customer's responsibility. Multilink reserves the right to refuse RMA on a case by case basis.
5. Multilink rejects the RMA if the contents received are different other than the units that have approved RMA.
6. Include a copy of RMA form on the return shipment.
7. Routers should be unlocked from all passwords and factory reset.
8. The RMA units should arrive at the specified return location while the warranty is valid.
9. All RMA's that are issued by Multilink is valid for 30 days of issuance. RMA's will not be RE-ISSUED. It is customers responsibility to send the RMA units on time.
