Terms and conditions
Most orders ship the same or next business day, provided the product is in stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Order processing and shipment may be delayed due to product availability, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or holidays.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Any free shipping promotions offered on our website apply only to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
For international orders, shipping costs are not included at checkout and will be calculated and confirmed after the order is placed. Multilink Solutions does not offer free international shipping.
Shipping and transit times provided by Multilink Solutions or third-party carriers are estimates only and not guaranteed. We encourage customers to place orders well in advance to avoid delays related to carrier transit times or inventory availability.
Multilink Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once an order has been handed over to the carrier. Any shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier. Multilink Solutions is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
For orders exceeding 150 lbs, a Multilink representative will contact the customer to confirm freight and shipping charges prior to shipment. Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses, resulting in separate shipments.
International Shipping Policy
International shipments are subject to U.S. export regulations and the import laws of the destination country. Multilink Solutions reserves the right to review, delay, refuse, or cancel international orders that do not comply with applicable export or import regulations.
All import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, VAT, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Multilink Solutions is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges imposed by authorities, or shipments held or rejected by customs.
Delivery Discrepancies & Claims
Customers must notify Multilink Solutions within three (3) business days of delivery if there is any shortage, damage, or discrepancy in the contents of their shipment. Claims reported after this period may not be honored.
Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if we made a mistake with shipping the wrong product, we can accept a return for store credit or exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@multilink.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, Shipping label will be only provided for return if we have made fulfillment error (Wrong product shipped). For all other returns customer is responsible for Shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use trackable method to mail your return. Multilink is not liable for lost return packages.
Refunds
After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Products that are used/open box, Licenses are not returnable. If the product package seal is broken, it is not considered as New.
Please Note
Returns that are received that violate our return policy will be rejected. Customer should make arrangements to retrieve the rejected return package.
For defective products, Please check the warranty terms with the Manufacturer. You may reach out to our RMA team for Warranty policy information. We will do our best to provide assistance.

Customers purchasing products for resale are responsible for complying with all applicable manufacturer and brand policies, distribution agreements, and resale regulations, including but not limited to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.
Some of the brands we offer restrict sales on third-party eCommerce platforms. All customers are required to follow individual brand regulations, channel restrictions, and MAP policies at all times. Multilink Solutions reserves the right to refuse the sale of any products if violations are identified on a customer’s account.
Failure to comply with manufacturer or brand regulations may result in denial of warranty coverage, support, or other manufacturer-provided services, and may also lead to suspension or termination of purchasing privileges.
